Partner & Wealth Advisor

With more than two decades of experience in financial services, Robert Baldacci provides seasoned guidance to affluent individuals and families approaching or entering retirement. Since beginning his career in 1998, he has helped clients navigate market cycles, economic shifts, and deeply personal financial transitions with clarity and steadiness.

Robert spent the early years of his career in Omaha, Nebraska before relocating to California in 2000, where he focused on long-term wealth management for clients throughout the Monterey Bay region. He previously served as Vice President – Investments and Private Client Advisor at JPMorgan Securities in Monterey, advising high-net-worth households on investment strategy and portfolio oversight.

Today, as a Partner at Ohana Wealth Management, Robert leads the firm’s presence across the Monterey Bay area. He specializes in working with affluent pre-retirees and retirees who seek more than portfolio management — they seek structure, tax efficiency, and confidence in how their wealth will support them for decades to come.

His approach integrates disciplined investment management with comprehensive retirement income planning, tax-aware distribution strategies, estate coordination, and long-term care considerations. Having personally navigated the complexities of caring for aging family members, Robert understands the emotional and financial weight that later-life planning can carry. He works closely with families to structure income, protect assets, and prepare thoughtfully for evolving health and care needs.

Robert believes retirement planning is not simply about preserving assets — it is about creating stability, dignity, and clarity during life’s later chapters.

He holds Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations, along with Life and Health licenses.

Robert lives in Aptos, California, with his wife and three daughters. Outside the office, he enjoys cooking, sailing, hiking, and golf — and values the time spent with family that inspired his commitment to thoughtful, long-term financial planning.
